This item works well until it finally stops. In all my years of experience with laptops, I have never had to repeatedly replace the power cord. This cable is a little over a year old and needs to be replaced. It's made of materials that cause the cord to keep spinning, requiring you to keep untangling it until it suddenly stops working. This problem occurred with the original cable that came with the kit. I need a third now. I bought this power cord in late 2018 and have not had to replace it unless of course the return and claim deadlines have passed. Something really needs to be done about this. I'm annoyed that I have to buy another cable now. I give it three stars because while it worked great initially, it ended up doing exactly the same thing as the original cable that came with the device. I don't have to keep replacing it!
