Confusing. - Medical supplies and equipment

I used it for a hip injury. Searched everywhere for the right use and placement. I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, but I got the gist. It ended up with every time I stood up not allowing the muscle he was touching to stretch properly. It held him tight. that's on my thigh. didn't work that well LoL Just confusing to use. not bad, sticks well like all CT products. Just confusing and not enough information to properly use this particular product.
