I decided to decorate my bedroom for fall and I figured this would be something I could do as the price was great . I washed the duvet cover and pillowcases before putting them on the bed and they washed up well. They are super soft and cozy and the king matches my comforter perfectly. Since this set has buttons, after washing I applied a bit of clear nail polish to the center of each button to keep them in place. They looked well sewn on but my pets can be boisterous so it was just an extra precaution. I really like this set and will definitely buy more. UPDATE: I originally liked the cover set. The color is rich and soft. What I noticed is that it pills terribly after only 3 washes. Now he is rough and looks old. Not sure if I'll get it out this year or send it to a charity. I change the sheets seasonally, so last fall they weren't used for a long time.
