I understand the other reviewers here clearly had issues, but mine came with all the necessary parts and only took about 5 minutes to assemble. I bought this stand because I already had an original Rubbermaid stand and needed the right kit for my dual monitor setup. There are only a few minor differences between the original Rubbermaid stand and this Rolodex. The original Rubbermaid used a "shinier" black color, this one uses a "flat" black, and of course the front branding decals are different. Again these are only minor differences and for what I paid for it this is perfect for me.
