I received mine in 2 separate packages. The first one came in the morning and the 2nd one in the afternoon of the same day. It was too heavy that I cannot bring it inside by myself. The assemble time took about 4 hours. My husband drill a tiny hole inside the drawers for the screws. There are 2 missing caps for the locks. The stool is not that big and has a small rip on the side which I do not mind. The cushion for the stool has texture from the styrofoam that was used to packed it. (See attached pictures)Overall I like it very much. The size is perfect. I got to put a lot of my stuff on it. The lights are bright enough to see the tiny pores on my face. Lol
