Got this in a hurry as I needed a new headset. In hindsight, a little more research would have led me to something else. Before writing this review, I would like to point out that I am very rough with audio peripherals. I don't know why but they usually last 6 months regardless of quality and price. That's why I prefer to buy more often at a lower price than less often at a higher price. Pros: Great price for quality Decent speaker/mic sound Good quality cable, at least 6 feet long Fits comfortably on the head Stereo/mic to separate stereo and mic jack included Built-in mic mute switch and audio volume control Cons: USB is the only power source for the blues meters on the headset (it's a bit misleading to use but if I had done a little more research I would have known before buying) A built in mute and volume control would have been better with a mic gain control. My head is a little sweaty (I have long hair and live in South Texas, USA so it's hard to find headsets that don't, but still something to note) the headset only works in one direction (the traditional right and left side ensures the mic can only be used one way (I know I'm in the minority but I like the mic on the right side of my head) so it's really worth the money but if you're after one looking for quality headset, this is not it. I know my cons have been a bit picky and I don't want anyone to think that I regret this purchase. I knew I was getting a quick fix for my headset problem and to be honest I got more than I was looking for. The USB lighting, while completely useless, is a cool addition. The only reason it didn't make it into the pro section is that it's a waste of resources if you don't want to look cool on live TV. So yes. If you're looking for a quality headset at a good price, this is a good choice.
