My 5 pound chipin fell knee deep in this bag, I would have had to use my hands to carry it there which would have defeated the whole purpose of this product. He was so embarrassed that he just looked at me with pleading eyes and let out a small moan, which translated to "Mom, why?" And I don't blame him lol he loves to burrow, that's a minping trait but it was a big NO. The thumb holes in the sleeves are the DUMPEST thing I've seen on this site: I have tiny hands, ring size 5.5, if MY thumb doesn't fit, WHO MARKETING TF FOR? I can barely stick a *pipe cleaner* in that "hole", it's insulting. The sleeves are still too long, I have to roll them up. The pompoms on the ends of the cords just get in the way, they're so ugly I cut them off. To be honest, I don't understand how this worked for anything other than cats snuggled up on the bed. I ordered 2 sizes up as recommended by other reviewers. Thank the gods because it wouldn't fit over my head like it does in my head which is so small (I'm a super petite Italian) that my husband, who calls me "pea head", can barely fit. Money.
