UPDATED REVIEW Although I think this mop has a lot of potential, this thing drives me crazy when it mop, it keeps rising, see picture 4 to see what I mean. If that could be fixed, that would be great. I bought a second one because it doesn't seem to be very durable so I wanted to make sure I have another on hand if my first one breaks. Now I regret this purchase. But still great potential. My first review is below. Firstly, when I bought this product there were no reviews at all and I was very nervous, but there just wasn't anything that came close to having all the features. what that has. I'm so happy I did, not perfect don't get me wrong there are some flaws in the design but it definitely holds a lot more liquid than I thought it would. The most annoying thing about this mop is that the mop pops up quite a bit when actually mopping, see my first picture to see what I mean, the second picture shows how it should be when mopping. This is pretty annoying, but still not a deal breaker. . Because you get so many different features in this mop, it's still a winner. Another downside is that this mop has a weak point, or at least I think so, see the picture. 3 where I have circled the spot where I think this mop will eventually break and in the 4th photo it is not covered by the red circle. I would still give at least 8 stars if I could. We have hardwood floors and the dirt in the backyard just won't take a life, my boyfriend has tried everything and yet after 3 years it's dirt, we have 2 big dogs so needless to say I'm an expert when it comes to this sweep and wipe. I don't think it will be too long before it breaks but I will order at least one more if it does break, hopefully the manufacturer reads some of the reviews and improves this product. No offense to the very first reviewer but I am so confused as to how you managed to cut yourself with this mop. It's true that the instructions aren't very clear for us, but my friend is very handy, he assembled it while I was trying to figure out the directions, it was ready to go before I finished figuring them out.
