Review on Strade Dure SG Men's Road Cycling Gloves by Giro by Alex Mitra

This is my second pair of State Dure gloves and until I see something better I will be back for new ones. They are comfortable and durable - my second pair is still in great condition after a full season. I'm buying them now because as the summer season progresses it's getting harder and harder to find them in my size and the black/red color I want. I ride my bike in hot and humid climates and my hands get wet with sweat. What I love about these gloves is that they keep their size, shape and appearance even after lots of soaking and machine washing. The design of these gloves is excellent, with Giro Supergel padding in critical areas on my palm, thenar pad and over the ulnar nerve area. This makes a long ride comfortable while minimizing the pressure and numbness that comes with using smaller gloves. Other desirable details include: the back is made of breathable mesh that allows moisture to escape and protect hands from the sun, and the palms are covered with soft synthetic suede, comfortable and durable. The wrist hole has adjustable Velcro, which is important for people like me with longer, narrower hands, and there are pull tabs on the inside of the wrist hole and two middle finger holes that make it easy to put on and take off, especially when your hands are sweaty.
