I have attached two 24" monitors to the mount. These monitors weigh less than 7 pounds. The right side tilt adjustment is very weak and the left side is completely out of action rendering the product unusable. Q&A- Area I've heard this is the weak part of the mount I only use it for about four days although I move it around a lot to find the perfect positions This should be normal use for the first few days of ownership if that so if that's the cause then it's also the manufacturer's fault The 3 year warranty is a nice touch considering I'm within those limits.
