I like that it can be used by both clients & employees, as well client testimonials are extremely helpful in making recommendations about products or services which could best assist their needs! Not much of anything at this time-it's very new (we started using PM last year). Definitely would give more thought towards what kind of training is required prior implementation - there were many concepts/features we did not have an understanding how they worked before trying them out ourselves within minutes.-but after watching tutorial videos provided through support was able find way around any issues until then! The best part is that you can have this done in just minutes rather than waiting months if not years like other companies! It was very easy, had no downsides - I mean seriously its FREE. Get it now before someone else does. ! You should really try out some of their tutorials which are also free!! Great way how get clients interested/convinced about your branding or services without having any hard costs involved (although there might be an initial cost).
