5ft 6 " - 185lbs - XL fits perfectly
For comparison I am 5ft 6" and weigh 185lbs and bought a size XL. I found this costume very flattering and comfortable. I wore this on my cruise and even walked around with it zipped up and everything stayed in place! The straps are adjustable, which is very convenient. One of my favourites!
