The ease of use is amazing! It's very intuitive to navigate through their platform which makes it easy for anyone at any level in an organization to be able reach important information quickly without digging too hard into search results that they don't understand completely yet (or ever!).
I wish there was more integration with other systems so we could pull all our data together quicker than pulling from two separate platforms individually each time. We have been using this system since 2014 but only recently had someone take ownership over its implementation across many different divisions within my department as well as outside vendors who provide services/products used by others under us internally like printers etc - making sure everyone has access via one place instead having people logon multiple times per day if not daily themselves just trying get what you want done when needed most easily & efficiently.
