The packaging was terrible, I'm surprised all 12 bottles arrived intact but other than that they seem fine. The caps feel a bit fragile and don't sit very tightly on the bottle, but they close. The pipette rises about halfway up the stem and reaches the bottom of the bottle. Generally ok.
