I like how easy it is to use, not only for my staff but also our clients! It's very user friendly. The product has been updated several times since we purchased it in 2014. We've had no problems at all using this system. If there are any bugs or issues they get fixed right away. There have been some updates released where new features were added which was great. I wish we could add more fields to each of the different categories. Also, sometimes when you try to input an item into one category it will move it over to another category. This can be frustrating if you're trying to keep everything organized. It helps us stay compliant by keeping track of what information we need to share with who.
