He lost a couple of molars a few years ago. I thought I found a deal to buy these 4 packs at £3.50 which would normally be around $8-$10 per bag depending on the store. Well, I thought to my surprise when I opened the first pack, it was just regular dog food with some red accents (yams or carrots), nothing else. When I opened the second bag, I found that it had a few more accents than the first, but again with the same standard sized groceries. The third package was the right size, with all the accents of carrots, sweet potatoes, and spinach in different colors. I didn't bother to check the last bag as at that moment it seemed like there was something wrong with the first two bags which basically made the item ie the whole order didn't match the description and match the picture. I would understand that 1 bag is defective but 2 bags basically robbed me of the value for money. I'll admit that I didn't read the reviews (as usual) before placing the order as it now seems like I'm the only one this has happened to and it just seems to be an accident. 2 out of 4 bags recognize I received the correct item but not the quantity of the correct item. In any case, the problem was quickly resolved. Thank you for reading.
