At first I suspected that this was just one more thing to help you. I was wrong. Even when I'm not playing games, I spend a lot of time on my laptop. From hours of watching to streaming programs over the weekend, my head hurts. Since I wear glasses on every TV screen, mobile phone or laptop, I no longer have headaches and my eyes will not hurt. If you sit in front of a screen for hours, then I highly recommend it.
