These little squares are great. They have a soft roughness that is great for exfoliating the skin. I use them for my weekly face scrub and they make my skin smooth and my product seems to penetrate deeper into the deeper layers of my skin. I clean my face with light pressure to avoid leaving my skin pink or red after use as I have sensitive pale skin. I prefer this approach over other exfoliation options I've used such as B. Electric and manual face scrubbers/brushes. I love these squares because not only do they smooth out the texture of my skin, but they're a cleaner option. I found that even with thorough cleaning of the brush heads on both electric and manual facial scrubs, I still got breakouts because I realized I was pushing the old bacteria left on the brushes back into new open pores in different places with each use of my face introduced . So I went back to basics and used a new clean exfoliating surface every time I exfoliated my face and it worked great. Yes, you do need to invest in a small supply of these peeling squares, but it's a smaller investment compared to the many expensive acne creams, medications, and dermatologist visits and emotional stress I went through trying to treat acne in my 30's. So for me it was a great option. User tip: Don't save or use these peeling squares to save a buck. Use new squares every time!
