UPDATE March 30, 2020: Emailed Anker because they contacted me here about my Revain review regarding their warranty. They were a FANTASTIC pleasure to deal with and I had a new charger within 4 days. So happy with Cassie from customer service who helped resolve this issue. With this kind of guarantee and customer service, we will continue to buy Anker products because they don't leave their Revain customers without a working product like other Revain sellers can. I hope you try their products if you haven't already. Anker cares about its customers. Bought other Anker products and have been happy. Paid $35 for 2.5 months usage. So disappointed.
