We love being able to communicate with our clients through this software - sometimes it can be difficult to do things manually but not here! The best part of using the program is how easy it is for our business owner to manage payroll tasks. Sometimes it would show the hours worked in one day as a negative number which could confuse her. I also don't like how there are times when we want to make changes after posting them online and they don't update until the next morning. The main problem at my work is communication between managers and employees about upcoming projects that need extra attention from us. Being able to use this website helps us keep track of all information related to those projects so everyone knows what's going on.
