Listen well, speak badly.

I really wanted to like these headphones but I ordered them for teletherapy in the age of COVID and ended up going back to my trusted Samsung headphones. I have three major complaints, which I rank from least to most annoying. 1. The cord of these headphones is THIN and round. No, I didn't break it, so I don't know if it affects durability, but what it did is a regularly confused mess. I didn't realize the importance of having a flat cable.2. Headphones are a pleasure to wear. They are very discreet and the receiver itself is almost completely hidden in the ear. The black thin cable makes it very discreet when used on a screen or in public places, while the soft silicone ear cups ensure effective noise isolation. The only problem is that the sound isolation is so complete that all you hear is your own muffled voice, essentially the sound you would hear if you plugged your ears and spoke. I hoped that in something so closed, my own voice would be part of what I would hear through the kidneys. If you listen to music, then that's all a plus, but it's not good for a conversation at all.3. Finally, again, if you're just listening, they work great, but you'll have to rely on the built-in microphone to speak. In this case, it's almost 2 inches farther on the cable than Samsung, which just hangs the mic up in the air. under my chin. As a result, the mic is constantly banging against my chest unless I'm holding it away from me the entire time during a call. Customers regularly experience the same exploding sound effect, as if a child had hit the head of a handheld microphone. This can only be seen as a design flaw.
