This device met my needs perfectly. I had my own Plantronics Focus UC headset to use at my desk for phone calls and PC audio. The desk phone they gave me was a newer Cisco IP phone but a base model without Bluetooth. After using the specified headset for a while and not being satisfied with its quality, I started looking for a solution. Plantronics support actually pointed me to what I found on Revain at a much better price. I actually had to use the lifting cord from my company's headset for a smoother setup, as the included cord required the handset not to be hung on a hook. I can now take calls normally and switch to any media playing on my PC. The USB dongle for my headset paired with the MDA220 as soon as it was connected. I recommend 100%
