Edited on 12/12/21 The rating does not change. The company sent a replacement and they lasted just as long. Do yourself a favor and buy a better set. Bought 2 of these as gifts for my boys. One set stopped working after less than 1 month of use. The sound comes from one ear only, and you can't hear the game itself, only other players' conversations. We double checked the settings and then tried another set of my sons and another pair of headphones from my husband and they worked flawlessly. Definitely a problem with this headset. Very disappointed with this purchase and the return window is closed as I bought in advance as a gift. The actual useful life is almost 3 weeks. I would definitely not buy again.
