This computer is probably the worst purchase of my life. Within a few weeks, the cheap quality becomes apparent with trackpad becoming unresponsive, screen dimming, battery draining, and more. To boot, customer service is terrible. I sent my computer (under warranty) to Acer for repair due to the many problems that have cropped up over the year. Note the following: - They do not pay for shipping to their repair center (about $70). - They will likely void your warranty. In my case, they stated that my computer had "physical damage". This physical damage was a small scratch and crease on the back of the screen (and has nothing to do with the repair required). It charges a $386 computer repair fee (more than half the cost of the computer) and instead offers no refunds. The helpdesk phone line hangs up, puts you on an infinite pause, and rounds you off to various departments. Do yourself a favor and buy from the best company. I tried to find a cheaper option from my previous Apple and it was the biggest mistake and rejection I've ever made with a laptop.
