Customer service should be more attentive when fulfilling orders. My dog โโcould have died
I originally started with Rachel Ray's CHICKEN Nutritious Dish. They got my first order right and then started sending me "BEEF" WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. MY ONLY DOG IS COMPLETELY ALLERGY TO BEEF and broke out again as soon as he tasted beef. Her pills and prednisone cost over $100 a month to get this reaction under control. I never noticed you switched from chicken to beef until my husband noticed after 3 packets. I have never changed my order. My dog could have died from it. So I canceled my subscription. You owe me 3 packets of NON-BEEF chicken and my vet bill. Really unsatisfied with the result. My dog suffers when this mistake is made by someone who prepared my order. Please get in touch via email or phone. Otherwise, I'll take matters into my own hands and get out there. Many Thanks.
