After two months of use, three of the keys fell off. Only 2 were successfully attached to their respective legs; the third one was a complete loss. Because the clips on the keys are composed of a disposable plastic, attempting to reattach them after they have been removed will not be successful. After delivering the check and detailing the problem, support closed the chat and is no longer offering any responses to questions or comments. There is an option on Alik to buy 1 key for 550, but taking into consideration the frequency with which the keys fall off, I will most likely get a keyboard made by a different company instead. Under the pretense of producing premium products, Logitech is increasingly producing low-quality consumer items.
