This bassinet had lasted just over a month when one morning my wife said she heard a strange noise and smelled something burning. After some investigation, it was discovered that the circuit board had failed, rendering the charging station unusable. I've seen from other reviews that the cradle typically lasts up to a month before problems arise. I really wish I had paid more attention before buying this cradle. But I digress. We contacted 4Moms and they sent us a new block. A replacement unit arrives and guess what, it's DEFECTIVE AND NOT WORKING. I highly recommend saving your money and NOT purchasing any product from the 4Moms brand as it is obvious that they do not care about the quality or craftsmanship of their products.
