Review on Replacement 2011 2018 Equipment Windshield BB5Z 17528 by Brandon Mcvey

I ordered these wipers and took the car to the dealer for an oil change about a month later. I asked the dealer to install the blades for me. These are the loudest wipers I've ever had. I thought maybe Ford reinstalled my old pair or got it wrong. I took them off, washed them with vinegar and put them back on. Still noisy. Washed them with alcohol did not help. If the return period had not expired before installation in the Ford, I would have sent it back. I emailed again, THEY then asked for my address. They said they would send new wipers. I never heard a reply and never received the wipers. Bad customer service. My review still stands, are my new windshield wipers louder in the rain than on a dry windshield?
