Glad I bought these extra large glass storage containers! They're larger than the size of leftovers from a single serving, but they're also great for making lunchtime salads to take to work or making a salad lunch at home. I also use them to hold extra spaghetti sauce with meatballs and rice. Clear glass was a real breakthrough for me. I tend to cook more meals so I don't have to cook every meal and being able to see the food in the bins clearly helps me avoid food waste. So far the lids are holding up very well despite being clamped. I would recommend hand washing them as they seem to warp if they get too hot. I also keep them with the lids closed so they don't warp. Good choice for food storage.
