I like that the active ingredient in the strips is more like a gel, making it easier to get between teeth. This is a definite plus. On the other hand, the gel makes the strips so slippery that it is difficult to keep them in place. Overall I think they are worth it. It helps A LOT if you dry your teeth thoroughly with a strip of paper towel before applying the strip. You'll get a better grip.
