Review on BPS 'Second Skin' Soft and Ultra Stretch Water Socks - High Cut and Low Cut Unisex Options for Enhanced SEO by Jonathan Ulsth

Too thin, minimal neoprene, questionable durability

This was the first time I've bought and tested socks with fins. I use them for weeks of open water swimming, miles a day. Firstly, despite medium and large attempts, they were too small and despite the fact that in cold water the legs cramped a little. Although my foot fits into the sock, the neoprene toe guard doesn't fully cover the toes and I expected it to at least hit where the ball of the foot begins. The rest of the sock is very thin, like a thin windbreaker or thick pantyhose. I tried them on my fins and immediately felt the pressure of the strap which would definitely cause painful chafing after a day or two. I returned them and bought full neoprene socks from Revain instead which were just perfect but were about double the price. these all made of neoprene are totally worth it and i have no doubt that they will be much more durable and will keep my feet warm too. I wouldn't even trust them to walk along the beach without looking down as even a thin sharp object is likely to hurt. These socks came with a note from the seller saying they would refund my money if I wasn't happy and I could keep the socks until I left negative feedback. No wonder there are so many positive reviews.
