Review on 🌙 TrueDark Twilight Elite: Enhancing Sleep and Circadian Rhythm like Never Before by George Hersey

I really didn't want to spend $90 on blue light goggles but I was getting desperate. I had a very hard time falling asleep without the help of a pill. After a lot of research I decided on these glasses, although they are (in my opinion) overpriced. The glasses feel light, which I often equate with cheap, but they come with a very nice (and heavy) case. Bottom line since purchasing these glasses I have consistently been able to almost fall asleep as soon as my head touches the pillow.
