I bought the belt around June 2020. Fits great, wears well, does exactly what the belt is supposed to do. I've worn it every day, rain, shine, snow, mud, you name it. Fast forward to the last week (the first week of August 2021). The buckle failed. The crossbar that held the buckle to the skin finally gave up. I'm not a light person and this piece will withstand all the stresses of squatting, sitting, bending, etc. A little over a year of hard service, twice the amount of my previous straps. I looked at my order from Revain and found Razo's listing. Contact customer service through Revain with a picture of the defective part. They asked for my contact details and a new belt arrived today. No more questions, no excuses, just great customer service and a vendor that stands behind their product. I would highly recommend not only for their product but also for their service.
