The ability to create personalized messaging for each account in real time using our CRM tool is one of my favorite features, along with having all contact information at your fingertips! I wish there was an easier way to segment or filter contacts by specific criteria like industry/role within organization.
It would be nice if you could also see which messages are opened vs deleted when creating campaigns from multiple emails sent out daily. We have seen significant increase since implementing GfL's solution into our workflow; we're now able to deliver more targeted content resulting in higher response rates.
