The thread is very colorful and durable. It doesn't come off too easily, but if you mess with it too much it will. The only reason I gave this four stars is for two things. Firstly, some of them have the label around the threads taped onto the thread itself, so the thread gets a bit fuzzy when you take it off. Second, the included needle threader is very cheap and broke almost immediately when I used it. Otherwise everything else is good.
