The pillow arrived at my rather remote address. I had to use it because there were no others. It came with a dirty case, no second case and no black backing. I suppose I could only blame myself, and such a risk must be borne far away. Unfortunately, the collectors or mailers simply didn't compare the content to what was advertised; I really feel like "was". Pillow after cleaning is fine. The right forms of sleep, the right angles. A little soft for my taste but it's really soft memory foam. So two stars for the correct ad, although the description seems overdone with pretty models and somewhat awkward English.
