The overall quality and performance of this little radio is amazing. However, the instructions are such a horrible mistranslation that it takes time to figure out how to execute them. I think the somewhat incomprehensible UI design is the reason why they kept the price so low. I actually sat down and wrote my own guide for myself to remind myself how to use it. One annoyance is that it was designed to cover almost every possible global FM band. For those in the US you will need to do the presets as the tuner starts FAR below the first FM broadcast channel in the US. This is not an easy task with difficult to understand instructions. But otherwise you spend a lot of time with manual configuration. From time to time the memory is simply erased and you go through the setup again. However, the sound quality is very good, with sufficient volume for both headphones and full-fledged professional studio headphones, which I use. The battery life is such that I can work on it for most of the day and still have enough charge left.
