It's been a few months and so far so good. I don't leave this out in bad weather to judge how well it holds up in the rain as I'm taking it off right now when I'm doing my outdoor yoga classes (covid proof) but with tear holes and screw holes I keep hearing that this is not exactly waterproof. Great for my purposes. Love the little business card section and I REALLY got rid of the big ugly tag at the bottom with Goof-off. DO NOT USE Acetone Nail Polish Remover - I made the mistake of following someone's review and noticed that it started to 'fog' clear plastic, washed it off immediately and decided to give Goof Off a try. It didn't stain or mess up the plastic, it worked even faster/better, and if the smell didn't reach you, you'll be happy with the end result.
