Love this toner: Face
Great ingredients. I tried Hada Labo's premium lotion and while I liked the ingredients, I felt it sat on my skin, but not with this toner. A few drops and my face is hydrated and plump and then I apply Cerave Moisturizing Lotion and my skin stays hydrated and soft even in the morning. I will buy again when I run out.
