Although I liked the softer and thicker bristles, they started to fall out after the first use. The handle and shaft to which the bristles are attached are somewhat flimsy and pliable. I have Kohler toilets. Nothing special. When trying to clean all visible drains the brush got stuck! I haven't been able to get out for a while! I ended up having to put my hand down the eau de toilette drain and maneuver. Luckily I got it. But she went straight to the trash can. I've owned many toilet brushes in the few decades that I've been in charge of cleaning the toilet. Although I had high hopes for the design and the container that came with it, it was a big flop. And unfortunately I bought two (one white, one gray) and closed the return window before I figured out the problem.
