Heating pad is not the same color as the box it came in. In the picture outside the box, the heating pad is white, but the heating pad inside is black as shown. I left my toothbrush behind the heating pad in the picture so you can compare the size. The heating pad works well enough, it turns off automatically, which is a safety feature to avoid skin burns and maintain a constant temperature. I strongly recommend using a better quality wax than the one that comes with it. The wax was terrible but I expected the same. I bought it for warmer so I was ok with that, thought I'd try the brand and it was very sticky, thick and difficult to spread evenly. I also had to do a few applications to get a perfectly smooth result. This can be good for facial hair as it's flexible, but I still expect it will take a few uses. Overall I'm happy with the quality for the price and it works well with high quality wax beads.
