Gaiters don't stretch very much and don't look like a dri-fit material so I'm not sure how well they wick moisture. My youngest plays sports and he doesn't like that it's so tight against his face that it's difficult for him to breathe. My eldest works in a shop and loves the mask because it fits his face snugly and he doesn't have to adjust it. I suppose it's just personal preference and what you will do while wearing it. In terms of color, black and white was good; however, I didn't like the blue-black a bit. There is some soft blue in the mask which I wasn't expecting.
