The left headphone stopped working. I couldn't find a solution in the manual, so I contacted the company to see if there was a setting that I had changed or a reset button I could push. If not, I planned to buy another pair of headphones since these were 15 months old and not expensive to begin with . To my surprise, they offered to replace them because they wanted me to trust their products. I interacted with several people by email and all were very friendly. Within a couple of days my new headphones arrived. Such a great exprience.
