They're very soft, but you get what you pay for. The inner layer of the bra has ruffles at the bottom to allow for larger breasts in my opinion (I have xs) and pleats of fabric are visible through the top layer. The neck seam will also be turned inside out, so the bottom layer will be folded over this seam if that makes sense. And finally, the pads in it are terrible! Looks better without them or a better pair inserted. Despite all of this I will still wear it and it is comfortable and supportive! Only small details show craftsmanship.
