My husband told me to buy this printer, I was worried and needed to hear what I thought about this printer. It's just a printer with a lot of disturbing things written in the terms and conditions. At first I thought it was an all-in-one printer/scanner/copier. I opened the top and there is no glass so there is no copier/scanner. After setup I followed the sheet, 1,2,3. Install ink, go to hp123.com. You must subscribe to Instant Ink and have an electricity contract with HP. If you use their cartridges, ie. With the ones that come with the printer, you subscribe to Instant Ink. And they control how many pages you can print! If you exceed the allotted number of pages, your printer may turn off. HP has lost a lifelong customer forever. This junk is just being returned for the sole reason that I don't want a contract and printing fees. I just want a working printer with no obligation or penalty. Update: I've had this printer for weeks now and can never turn it off. Pressing the home button does nothing. This is the perpetual"Setup Completion Mode". The only way I can turn it off is to turn off the printer. I would not recommend this printer to anyone.
