Turns out big. my pros and cons
My normal shoe size is 9-9.5 but I have to go down to an 8 for comfort and an 8.5 to have some room to manoeuvre. I recommend having some slack so it doesn't interfere with the legs when walking and doesn't cause pain when walking.
