Very easy to assemble - just make sure you screw the big plastic screw around the round ball, I forgot and my iPad fell off easily, I don't usually read instructions when something happens seems intuitive. little mistake. But no harm. The base is heavy and will never tip over. Every part of it can be customized so you can use it in different ways. Simple and works as promised/designed.
