Arrived VERY wrinkled
This hat arrived scrunched up in packaging and had extreme creases. Even after steaming, I was not able to get all the wrinkles out of the hat. I even laid it flat overnight with weights on it, but there were still creases in the brim the next day. You get what you pay for!
