Review on 24-Inch Tall Teak Counter Stool By AquaTeak - Patented Sumba Design by Andy Sayloon

I'm a total stickler for function over form so wanted to make sure that these stools were every bit as solid and well-made as they are great looking. They hit every mark by any stretch of the measure. The construction is excellent, all the way down to very solid hardware that doesn't strip. They even have pre-drilled fasteners to hold everything firm with a total of eight screws. It took me all of 20 minutes to put two stools together and most of that time was spent unwrapping the teak legs and top from the (excellent) wrap job AquaTeak put each piece through to prevent any scratches or other damage during shipping. You can tell that there's some pride in the construction, sales and service at AquaTeak and I genuinely appreciate that as being all too rare. I have bought items like this in the past, only to receive something jammed into the box, damaged, or that generally look a lot "less" than what you had imagined. You settle. But these are the exact opposite. You not only get what you paid for, but something more that you will be proud to display. Great job, AquaTeak. The devil is in the details and you guys met my high bar.
