Soft and stretchy for my opinion
These headbands are such a great quality! The colors are nice and they are soft and expand well without tightening too much. This was important as my daughter’s head is quite large and most headbands are too tight for her, even if they say that they fit a 2 year old.

- Some bows or turbans may be too large for small infants
